Shipping Policy
Most orders will ship within 1-5 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Return / Refund Policy
We will gladly accept requests for returns or refunds within 30 days of delivery. To start the process, please click the start button below, complete all information then click "Send Request Form" (Please note: requests for returns / refunds of products that are defective or damaged will require pictures to be attached).
Within 1 - 3 business days you will receive a response from customer service. For returns you will receive authorization and further instructions on how to proceed. No merchandise will be accepted for a return or refund without prior authorization from our company. Please keep all merchandise and packaging until you receive instruction from our company.
Products must be returned in their original condition including the original packaging to be eligible for a refund. After we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund to the original form of payment. We will notify you by email once the return has been processed.
Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable method to mail your return to ensure delivery confirmation.
Returns for merchandise that are not defective or damaged are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
