OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCTS

Usually, products ship within 1-5 business days. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock. In these cases we will ship your order short and consider it complete. The shipping confirmation emailed will provide the products included in the shipment as will the online order history. The packing slip included in your shipment will note which items were out of stock. Due to importing lead times it is not possible to hold orders open with backordered items.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Atlanta Candles & Incense shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Atlanta Candles & Incense shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
